Concert Music Central

Contemporary Music in the world today is diverse and wide, but at the same time can be generic and bland. This is the sound of the world as a whole coming closer together. Simultaneously we as a world has access to a much wider array of music from cultures all around the globe. Yet at the same time mass marketing of music has turned music of every genre to be dominated by what the mainstream group dictates it to be.

Paul Kwo has brought together the sounds of his collective experience into these special works for various ensembles. They are the culminations of all that he is and all that he hears inside his head, translated to paper score for musicians to perform. They explore the most interesting of soundscapes in order to bring forth the most truthful representation of what the audible world inside the mind of Paul Kwo is.
